FabricPlate ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our textile management platform.
We collect information you provide directly to us, including your name, email address, company name, and role. We also collect data related to your use of the platform, such as fabric records, meeting notes, selections, and board content you create.
We use your information to provide and maintain the FabricPlate service, process your transactions, send you service-related communications, and improve our platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use Supabase for database hosting and Stripe for payment processing. Both services maintain SOC 2 compliance and employ robust security measures.
We share data only within your tenant organization (users at the same company domain) and with approved provider/seeker relationships you have explicitly established. We do not share your data with unrelated third parties.
